24th February: COVID-19 Lockdown Update
Following the most recent update from the Scottish Government, at this moment, Party Rocks is still closed for in-person shopping and can not operate for click and collect.
We hope to see click and collect will resume on 5th April, with full restrictions eased from 26th April for in-store shopping. For now, we are continuing with our delivery service only. To place an order, please visit our online website or give us a call on 01324 625277 between 9am and 4pm.
£5 Local Delivery
Local delivery for the following areas will be charged a £5 delivery fee; Falkirk, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Carronshore, Grangemouth, Redding, Maddiston, Bo'ness, Bonnybridge, Haggs, and Denny. Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders, we can not provide a specific delivery time. Please contact us on 01324 625277 to discuss delivery charges outside the surrounding Falkirk area.
Our standard delivery time-frame within mainland UK is delivered by Royal Mail with an estimated arrival of 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 7 full working days for delivery before you contact us regarding missing orders.
Store Collection - Currently suspended due to COVID-19 Restrictions
If you live locally, you can collect your order for free from our Falkirk store. We aim to process your order for the next working day, but an email will be sent to your address when ready to collect. If you require a costume within 24-hours, we recommend contacting the store directly or message us on Facebook.

Please note our returns policy is for online orders only. Orders made in-store or store purchased items should be returned to our Falkirk superstore.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please contact us by replying to your confirmation email sent by Party Rocks or by emailing us at email@example.com.
For a full refund, purchased items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. If any items are returned damaged, worn or without original packaging, we are not obliged to issue you a refund.
Fancy dress accessories where the packaging have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you're happy with the product for packaged costume accessories before opening the packaging. If the items are returned and are found to be in a worn or opened condition, we are not obliged to issue a refund. Under no circumstances, contact lenses, make-up and cosmetics, costume underwear, hosiery and wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, and the costs of the return will be at your expense. We advise using a tracked and secure service to return goods for a smooth delivery. All refunds will be issued within 3-working days of receiving the package back at our return address. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment made for purchase. Refunds can take a further 24 hours to be available at your bank. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items that fall outside the terms laid out in this Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
