You will receive free standard delivery when you spend over £25 excluding balloons (see below)
Unfortunately we are not able to include inflated balloons as part of this offer. Any orders for inflated balloons are strictly for store collection only. We are currently changing our product profiles so this should not apply itself but may appear in those that have not yet been changed. Any orders that are placed will be contacted straight away to be rectified.
Standard Delivery is to mainland UK with an estimated arrival or 2-3 working days (not including weekends). Please allow up to 7 working days before you contact us. Please be aware of holidays, bank holidays and unexpected extreme weather conditions or circumstances that are out of our control that may delay delivery.
Also please note that items such as costumes may come via our manufacturer and may delay delivery by 1 working day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Party Rocks to let you know of the order update. From then on our delivery partner DPD Local will take over notifications on your delivery. If you have any questions after you have received notification from DPD Local you will have to contact them directly. We will not be able to help with any issues such as safe place or change of address etc.
Store collection is only available at our Falkirk store.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible and an email will be sent when ready to collect.
Generally our store collection orders are ready the next working day but some items such as costumes may take 2 working days as may come via a manufacturer. If you require a costume on same day or next day we recommend contacting the store directly or contacting us on our Contact Us page or message us on Facebook.
Returns Policy (Purchases from website only. Please contact our Falkirk store directly for returns policy with regards to purchases made in store )
Party Rocks wants you to be 100% happy with your order, if you are not happy you can return all goods purchased for a refund by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In order to return your order please contact us by using your confirmation email sent by us after your purchase or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org .You will need to provide the reason for your return and all of your order details in order to receive your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of contact lenses, cosmetics, panties, hosiery, wigs and fancy dress accessories where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items and they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.
In order to receive a full refund, please ensure that you look after the package that you receive and please keep all of the original packaging safe. To receive a full refund the item should be returned in original condition and packaging. If any items are returned damaged, worn or without original packaging we are not obliged to issue you a refund.
You will be responsible for returning the goods back to us, and the returns costs will be at your expense. It is always advised to use a tracked service to return goods. If an item you have received is faulty we can resolve this for you, get replacements to you and cover returns costs, please contact customers services in this case.
All refunds will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the package back at our return address. Refunds will be issued via method of payment made for purchase.
Refunds can take a further 24 hours to be available at your bank.
We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
